Shrimp Tacos With Mango Slaw

Fixings
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha or other Asian chile sauce, in addition to something else for serving
2 limes (1 squeezed, 1 cut into wedges)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup new cilantro
3/4 pound medium shrimp, stripped, deveined and split across
1 14 - ounce bundle coleslaw blend
1 mango, stripped and cut into slender strips
1/2 little red onion, daintily cut
Genuine salt
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
12 hard taco shells

Directions
Make the dressing: Pulse the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, sugar, 1/4 cup cilantro and 1 tablespoon water in a little food processor until smooth. Place the shrimp in a bowl and throw with 2 tablespoons of the dressing; put away.
Generally hack the excess 1/2 cup cilantro. Throw with the coleslaw blend, mango, red onion and the excess dressing. Season with salt.
Heat the vegetable oil in a huge nonstick skillet over medium-high hotness. Add the shrimp and cook, mixing sometimes, until obscure, around 3 minutes. Move the shrimp to a plate.Easy-hamburger-casserole.
