SHRIMP AND CHORIZO SKEWERS ..

Fixings:

12 huge shrimp
1 Tbsp harissa glue (discretionary)
2 chorizo hotdogs, around 6oz (150g) each
12 new sound leaves
1 Tbsp olive oil
12 short sticks, absorbed wood or bamboo

 Directions:
Every one of the juices and oils from the chorizo overflow out while cooking, leaving the shrimp delicious and spicy.Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the little last parts actually connected. Rub over the harissa glue uniformly and put away. Cut the chorizo into 1 1/2-cm thick cuts. Place 1 chorizo cut into the hooligan of each shrimp and string onto a stick. Add a narrows leaf to each stick and refrigerate until prepared to cook.

Preheat the barbecue or barbecue container to medium-hot. Brush the sticks with a little olive oil and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning once, or until the shrimp are clear and the chorizo cooked through. Serve immediately.Makes 12. The shrimp formula is prepared to serve....nice one ! Shrimp-and-garlic-pizza.
