Fixings

* 2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 3 green onions, finely cleaved
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
* 1 can (around 1 pound ) Peas, undrained
* 2 teaspoons cornstarch
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 3 tablespoons cold water
* toast focuses or hot cooked rice

Guidelines
Wash and dry shrimps. Heat vegetable oil in weighty skillet; add shrimps and brown rapidly. Add the onion, garlic, ginger and peas; stew delicately 5 minutes. Make a smooth glue of the
cornstarch, sugar, salt, soy sauce and water. Add to shrimp blend steadily; cook, mixing until thick. Serve on toast or rice. Greek-lemon-chicken-and-potatoes.
