Pan-Seared Citrus Shrimp Recipe


Fixings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup new squeezed orange around 2 oranges
1/2 cup new lemon juice around 3 lemons
5 garlic cloves minced or squeezed
1 tablespoon finely slashed red onion or shallot
1 tablespoon slashed new parsley
Spot of red pepper drops
Newly ground dark pepper and fit salt
3 pounds medium shrimp stripped and deveined
1 medium orange cut into wedges or cuts
1 medium lemon cut into wedges

Guidelines
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, squeezed orange, lemon juice, garlic, onion, 2 teaspoons of the parsley, and spot of red pepper drops. Empty the blend into a huge skillet set over medium hotness. Bring to a stew and cook until diminished significantly, around 5 to 8 minutes. Add the shrimp, season with legitimate salt and newly ground dark pepper, cover, and cook until they become pink, around 5 minutes.
